In your customer portal you will have access to everything an e-commerce platform does, but the portal is also designed so that you can send messages, documents and more, directly to your sales representative.

How it works?

We are with you through the whole process, easy and automated!

Wishlist

Agr AgAdd the items you wish to order or buy frequently, all in one location.

Add to Cart

- Add the product you want to buy.

- Edit quantities per item and save changes

- After selecting the products, click to process the order. The minimum order quantity varies per product, based on the inner. The minimum monetary amount of the order is Lps. 5,000.00 (Five Thousand Lempiras)

- After processing your order, a sales representative will contact you to confirm, add shipping cost and proceed with the order.

Purchase Orders

You will be able to view the purchase order directly in your customer portal, and also you will receive an email with the information. From this section, you can send messages to your sales representative, request changes, or add more products.

Signature and Order Confirmation

Once confirmed you can proceed to virtually sign your purchase order, all from the same platform!

Payment

You can make the payment of your order by credit card or via bank transfer. The proof of payment should be uploaded as an image from your customer portal. Sole Dist receives the payment notification.

Billing, Packaging and Shipping

Once your payment is confirmed, the product will be carefully packed and shipped. The invoice is generated and in the same portal you will receive a copy of the waybill and you will have access to view your invoice.

Our Process

Your sales representative will contact you within 1-2 business days. Monday through Friday. You can place your orders during the weekend, but they will be processed starting Monday.

Confirmation and Payment

Continue with the payment after receiving and virtually signing the purchase order from your sales representative. All this from the customer portal.

Invoicing and Shipping

After your payment is confirmed by Solé Dist, your order will be invoiced and shipped. The proof of shipment image can be viewed in your customer portal and you will receive an email notification.

Warranty

In case of receiving a defective product, take a photo or video of the items within 48 hours of receipt. Contact your sales representative and we will proceed to follow up on the case.

Once approved, we provide you with a wholesale price list and images of our product.

Start Selling

Your customer places an order on your e-commerce page or store on Instagram, Facebook, or through the social network of your choice.

Place your order

Log in to your account at www.soledist.com and make the purchase of the product you want, proceed with the payment and enter your customer's information such as name, phone number and detailed shipping address.

We ship to your customer

Once your payment is confirmed the product will be shipped directly to your customer. No data, invoices, paperwork, or Solé Dist. logos are included. The transaction is completely confidential.

End of transaction

Shipment tracking number and confirmations will be sent to the email address you used to register your soledist.com account. You will also be able to access this information in your customer portal.

Terms and Conditions - Re-Sellers

1- Payment: 100% before shipment.

2- Minimum order quantity: Lps. 5,000

3- Shipping: EXW. Customers may choose to pick up the cargo at our warehouse, or use one of the shipping companies that Solé Distribuciones works with. The responsibility of Solé Distribuciones ends at the moment the cargo is delivered to the shipping company. From that moment on, all responsibility is borne by the customer.

The responsibility of Solé Distribuciones ends at the moment the cargo is delivered to the shipping company. From that moment on, all responsibility is on the customer's side. If requested by the customer we ship directly to your customer's address, we make sure that our data is not included in the shipping documentation. The sender will be your name and phone number.
